- Added Pause button to floating scene control bar
- New video layer Control Bar added: it is located below the scene and becomes visible whenever a layer is selected on the scene. The control bar includes most common layer actions.

- All control bars embedded into layers on the scene have been removed. Now to control a layer you use the unified control bar located right below the scene. The exception is Text layers: they are still controlled using the Floating Control Bar.

Fixed:
- Whenever a microphone that has been added to a scene is disconnected from the system SplitCam becomes unstable and needs to be restarted. In this version the problem is partly addressed: SplitCam doesn't freez in situations where it was freezing before, but the issue still remains and will be further investigated and fixed in future versions of SplitCam.
- The error with zoomed in video layers upon opening SplitCam projects or starting SplitCam program have been fixed
- Fixed memory leak in Simple Frame, Mirror and Flip effects
