What's new in this version:

Multiple improvements in data archiving:
- Support of files larger than 4 GB
- Support for archives with more than 100,000 files
- Custom selection of the Acronis Cloud data centers
- Improved user experience
- Issue fixes

Improved usability of the backup list:
- The backups created on the current computer are now separated from the ones created on other computers. Additionally, you can now manually change the list width.
- Multiple improvements in both backup and archiving progress behavior:
- Indication of the data upload speed for online backups.
- Improved status indication of different backup stages.
- Estimated time is shown for the archiving progress.

Fixed issues:
- Multiple issues while signing in to an Acronis account.
- Occasional issues with performance of the user interface.
- A newly created backup is not in focus.
- The default file sync disappears after the application update.
- The error "Unable to create a database" appears on the application start.
- The error "LoadLibrary failed with error 1114..." appears on Windows 10.
- The backed up devices do not appear on Online Dashboard.

- MS Windows 8 Secure boot is now supported.

Certification:
- True Image 2013 Update1 by Acronis is officially certified for MS Windows 8.
- Improved operation of Nonstop Backup (NSB):
- product now handles unplugging and plugging of USB storage while performing nonstop backup, even if it was unsafely unplugged. Also NSB now conveniently prompts you from the system tray to clean up the disk when it runs out of space on the target storage, and performs automatic defragmentation of the storage whenever NSB session is started.

System tray alerts:
- Users can now be more conveniently notified when an update or upgrade of the product is available and track the Acronis Cloud subscription state.
- Software and hardware compatibility:
- improved operation with external USB devices.
- New panel notifications and log messages, updated Help and User Guide:
- for your convenience.

E-mail backup:
- MS Outlook 2013 is now supported.
- Windows Preinstallation Environment (WinPE) 4.0 support:
- Now the latest WinPE version based on the Windows 8 kernel is supported. You can create a bootable WinPE 4.0 disc that contains True Image 2013.
