ext2fsd could not be started
Like the title says, I cannot get the volume manager window to appear on my system. The only thing it does is ask for administrator permissions. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with "Run as administrator", but that doesn't fix ,I then ran the Ext2Mgr.exe which shows my 1x NTFS Win7 partition, 1x Ext2 partition and 2x Ext3 partitions. I tried to start the Service but it keeps failing to start: Service Status: Ext2Fsd is NOT started -> Ext2Fsd could NOT be started. Why is this ,This does not appear to impact Linux a all (I'm still able to mount these partitions as ext). After that, you can go directly into the partition manager in Windows 10 and assign a drive letter to the ext partition without having to use the ext2fsd vol, The drivers is always blocked. In 0.68 I only know about that after reading the system logs of windows and seeing that the service CANNOT start. Trying ver 0.69 says that the driver is not signed and fails (I have tried everything to install an unsigned , I was not able to mount the ext4 partition after the update so I tried to uninstall it and then re-install it again. This was .... This line worked once: “C:-ProgramData-Microsoft-Windows-Start Menu-Programs-Ext2Fsd” mount device-harddiskvolume5 thanks .,A) Windows system's mount manager will automatically mount volumes and assign driver letters during booting.
