bootmgr is missing linux
Hello, I have windows seven installed and am not so happy with it. So i've been want to switch to ubuntu. I use a USB to install my OS's, because my netbook doesn't have a cd drive, but when I boot off of my USB I get: the BOOTMGR is missing , So I used UNETBOOTIN with a downloaded iso file. The extraction to my 320gb usb drive worked out fine, and I rebooted, selecting to boot from usb drive. Only problem is, I get the message: "BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart."
