RetroArch save
Firstly sorry if this is in the wrong section but i just wasn't sure where to put it. Ok i have RetroArch set up on my PC for running Genesis games ...,Finally, use Settings->Inputs->User 1 Binds->User 1 Save Autoconfig and the profile will be saved to your disk. You can now do a Settings->Inputs->User 1 ... ,Does every game that supported saves on the cartridge save this way in Retroarch as well? Does this functionality also apply to Retropie? Where can I find the ... ,My guess is that you're exiting some other way and that's preventing RetroArch from writing the save to file. In settings > saving, you can enable and SRAM ... ,Reconfigure your controller for the ability to jump back to retroarch. I forget what this is called. Once there you can “save state”. ,How to Save in RetroArch. I was just playing a GBA game and saved then thought it was all ok because i did not see ... ,Just load your game in RetroArch then exit, so that it creates the save data. Now you know exactly what filename it wants. Try making a copy of your old save file, ... ,Save states are by default saved to /retroarch/states/. In that directory you should find a file named the name of the rom you were playing .state. Just copy and paste ...
