Path of Exile is a free online-only action RPG under development by Grinding Gear Games in New Zealand. ,Your PC do not lag anymore cause PoE using 100% of your CPU while intense fight especially in delirium zones. So basically your PC not freezing while you playing and that's why you get lag free PoE. Like i said, it works for me in RDR2 on this CPU.
