ReaScript:
- fix various UTF-8 IDE editor issues
- optionally show ReaScript paths in actions window
- add GetSetAutomationItemInfo_String(), ThemeLayout_GetLayout()/ThemeLayout_SetLayout()
- add GetSetProjectInfo(), GetSetProjectInfo_String(), primarily useful for manipulating render settings

Automation items:
