What's new in this version:

New:
- Tip notifications support for the following 6 streaming services: * BongaCams * Cam4 * Camsoda * Chaturbate * MyFreeCams * StripChat
- New animated icon pack: Blondie
- Zoom layers to the location of mouse pointer
- Zoom/Pan canvas: use mouse wheel to zoom entire canvas in or out when no layer is selected
- Zoom-lock layers: when zooming entire canvas in or out preserve the position of locked layers. To lock a layer click the Lock icon of this layer in the media list
- Add necessary outbound firewall rules during SplitCam setup
- Tip notifications: Proxy support added
