Enhanced:
- (partial) Produce UNPLACED macros if location is provided
- New aliases for inline operators (e.g. "+=") in RBA::Region and similar classes Reasoning is that "+=" in Ruby is resolved into "+" and "=" which does not make use of the inline optimization. Using "join_with" instead will avoid this.
