What's new in this version:
- The "My Community" and "Notices" features have been removed from the UI. These became redundant long ago as we found a way for our Cloud Servers to ensure all users received the full protection of Immunet's global community of over 2 million users, rather than just the few immediate users most people had in their local communities.
- Now "Immunet 3" instead of "Immunet 3.0". There are so many minor changes since last major release that had to rev version number.
- Full Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 support!
- New and improved versions of both the Tetra and Clam engines!
- Bug fixes for network related issues that would cause Net Bios name resolution failures, VPN connection failures, and BSOD’s.

- A new "Send file metadata for analysis" option has been added to the the Community Settings. This feature helps Immunet determine when applications have become infected by new types of previously unseen malware.

- Performance enhancement: cache top level directories in-memory. This will help users who have reported the Immunet Agent process consuming 100% CPU for several minutes after completing a full scan.

What's new in this version:
- Cloud engines now perform much more through scanning of PDF, SWF, and MS Office documents. These types of files are used extensively to spread macro virus` and trojan horse type malware, and we've come up with a much better way to scan them than was possible in previous versions.
- Compatibility updates. We've made a few changes to help us improve compatibility when running applications that deal with large files, such as bit torrent clients, VMware images, photoshop/photo-editing software, etc.
- Bug fixes & enhancements to our installer as we begin laying the ground work to upgrade 1.0 users into directly to 3.0.5.
