Added new right click Advanced Settings menu for vMix Call with the following:
- Toggle to turn on or off "Allow only direct peer to peer connections" on an existing calls
- (Will apply only after guest reconnects)
- Remote Guest Video Bandwidth to manually select the maximum bandwidth used to send video from the guest
- (This applies to browser guests only, as vMix guest specify their own return video bandwidth)
- By default this is set to "Auto" but if you think the congestion detection vMix Call uses is not fast enough, or too aggressive
- you can manually try different bandwidth settings here live, to see which works best
