- if plugins ConfigToolbar + ExternalTools were used, and toolbar button was created for ext-tool, it was stored to ConfigToolbar config wrong. You _must_ update all ConfigToolbar buttons which refer to tools: ie press "Command" button and choose a tool again, then OK.
- auto-completion must not work in 'comments', but it worked at the end of 'comment' line
- auto-completion must scroll to caret after the text insertion
