What's new in this version:

Bug fix:
- Confirmation to close WinSCP does not have a help page associated (to explain the workspace)
- Failure when loading extension with filename containing some special characters (like a dash)
- SCP fallback is no longer working
- Path on Address bar of Explorer interface cannot be submitted
- Failure when changing directory using tree after resuming system from sleep
- Cannot use TLS/SSL client certificate
- TLS/SSL client certificate could be configured for S3 protocol even though it is not supported
