TaskCoach 1.4.3
Task Coach 功能：
創建，編輯和刪除任務和子任務。任務包含主題，說明，優先級，開始日期，截止日期，完成日期和可選提醒。任務可以每天，每週或每月進行。任務可以被看作一個列表或一棵樹。任務可以按所有任務屬性排序，例如主題，預算，剩餘預算，截止日期等。隱藏已完成的任務或僅查看今天到期的任務。可以通過將郵件用戶代理（Outlook，Thunderbird，Claws Mail，Apple Mail）中的電子郵件拖動到任務查看器上來創建任務。可以通過將文件，電子郵件或 URL 拖放到任務，筆記或類別中，將附件添加到任務，筆記和類別中。任務狀態取決於其子任務，反之亦然。例如。如果將最後一個未完成的子任務標記為已完成，則父任務也會自動標記為已完成。任務和筆記可以分配給用戶定義的類別。設置是持久的，並自動保存。上次打開的文件在啟動 Task Coach 時自動加載。跟踪任務花費的時間。任務可以有一個預算。花費的時間可以通過個人努力的時間，按天，按週，按月查看。 Task Coach 文件格式（.tsk）是 XML。可以將任務，筆記，工作量和類別導出為 HTML 和 CSV（逗號分隔的格式）。努力也可以導出到 iCalendar / ICS 格式。可以打印任務，工作量，便箋和類別。打印時，Task Coach 打印當前視圖中可見的信息，包括任何過濾器和排序順序。 Task Coach 可以從可移動介質運行。任務和筆記可以通過 Funambol 服務器（如 My Funambol）同步。
