GUI:
- Fix packets capture stops after some time
- Option to allocate or not the vCPUs and RAM settings for the GNS3 VM

Server:
- Release Web UI version 2.2.16
- Fix wrong defaults for images_path, configs_path, appliances_path
- Use EnvironmentFile for Systemd service
- Fix SSL support for controller and local compute
- Prevent WIC to be added/removed while Dynamips router is running
- Fix bug with application id allocation for IOU nodes
- Allow commas in image paths and VM name for Qemu VMs
- Option to allocate or not the vCPUs and RAM settings for the GNS3 VM
