What's new in this version:
We are pleased to announce Feedreader 3.13. Besides normal version it's also available as version using MySQL backend. This will be the last version of Feedreader before the summer. If there are some critical bugs we will do extra releases but no new functionalities are announced.
Now about new features, changes and fixes:
* Added experimental feature - "Add new article" to Feedreader. You can now add new articles or edit existing articles. It's not only true about Feedreader articles - you can copy article text (HTML) from Internet Explorer or even from Word and paste it to Feedreader and save as article. This is good for gathering information to your own "knowledge base".
* Search feeds support.
* Added possibility to have multiple archives for articles. Create them from File > New > Archive
* Archive folder has its own icon now
* Feed autodiscovery fixed (occurred then discovering feeds from japanese language pages)
* HTTP Chunked download fixed. In some cases Feedreader could run out of memory because of web servers that are serving documents with chunked method.
* Fix for situation where unreadcount was calculated incorrectly then one empty folder was moved to other empty folder.
* Added update priority field to feed. If you have a lot of feeds you can now add greater priority to feeds that you really want to update on time. Then all these higher priority feeds will always updated first.

What's new in this version:
* Fixed (again) columns resize bug
* Some new options (disable version check, color alternate rows)

* "File > Database information > Clean up" works a little bit more quickly
* We will now tidy up database on every startup of Feedreader. This helps to keep database small and queries fast.
* Added "Search from last 30 days" filter to search functionality. You can enable it from searchbox popupmenu.
* Fixed a bug what occurred then pressing D in article where no enclosure exists.
* Internal database changes. This is about performance and avoiding potential hangs.
* New experimental feature "Quick Add Tag". If you are a person who constantly tags articles you may find it interesting. Feedreader tracks all your added tags and makes them available in Quick Add Tag submenu in articles listing popup menu. Now you just have to select a tag from this submenu and it will be added to article.
* Article page feature. Basically if all articles do not get shown on opening some feed or folder then there will appear buttons that let you see also older articles and so on.

What's new in this version:
* New experimental feature added - now it's possible to show notification in some feed/smartfeed with added importance. This means that notification pops up in the middle of screen, it's highlighted and also it does not time out after some seconds. This means that user gets notification even if he/she is away from computer.
* Made it possible to change behavior of minimize button
* There is new connection test functionality. You can find it from connection options or when there is problem with new feed adding. This functionality helps to track connection problems and problems with proxies.
* Disabled Javascript on local webpages (ie articles) because of security reasons. If you really need to enable Javascript on local webpages, please add enablejavascriptonlocalpages=1 to feedreader.ini under [misc] section
* Added new command under Enclosure Browser - "Generate playlist from selected files". This creates playlist from selected files, you can use playlist for example in Winamp.
* Reworked enclosure downloading a little bit (bottom left corner). Now it shows downloading progress in better manner and download box header has more consistent look.
* It's possible to download password protected enclosures from password protected feeds.
* It's possible to use alternate row coloring in Feedreader if you add alternaterowcoloring=1 under [misc] section in Feedreader.
* Tab orders changed in options dialogs
* Passive mode added for FTP synchonization
* Fixed some bugs that were introduced in 3.10 and were about articles view scrolling.
* We tried to get column sizes and positions to save correctly.
* We changed program license a little bit to state that Feedreader can also be used in corporate environment without need to pay any license fees.
* For Feedreader OEM version we added feature that lets you use local files or network server locations (\serversharefile.xml) as feed.

What's new in this version:
- Opening folders is instant now. In previous versions FR always updated unread counts if folder was opened
- Feedreader is more responsive then updating feeds.
- Feedreader now memorizes opened folders. So you can have multiple folders open and on next startup they will also be open.
- New state of feed available. If there are new items since last time you opened feed, it's icon will have small star in it.
- Feedreader now defaults to one feed update process.If you want multiple feed update processes then it's possible to change this in program connection options.
- Progress is visible when feed update is active.
- If sending article by email all recipient addresses will be saved during the session (easy to send another article to same recipient)
- If emailstyle.xsl exists in stylesheet folder then it's used as style when sending articles by email.
- New options in notification window (how long notification window is displayed and also possibility to use fade in and out in notification window).
- Possibility to mark all news in notification window as read.
- Possibility to turn off automatic marking of newsitem read then viewing it. If you turn of automatic marking then you can use keyboard shortcut Control+q to mark article(s) read.
- New feedreader.ini setup string : dbdirectory=???. If you would like to store main database in some other folder then you can use this definition to tell Feedreader where your database is located
- Fixed bug - Google Mail Atom feed does not work.
