- Added new capability to retrieve tsunami bulletins from the Joint Australian Tsunami Warning Centre for the Indian Ocean and Southwest Pacific Ocean regions

Fire:
- For U.S. locations in California: finally restored some basic functionality for processing active
incidents originating from CAL FIRE; however, CAL FIRE incident maps do not seem to be available

News:
- Completely revamped the NEWS link feature that appears on many of the content screens: removed the embedded web browser panel that was used for showing a list of Google News & Science Daily links; clicking the NEWS link now automatically opens up your default browser and navigates to a Google search results page using pre-defined keywords based on the content screen you are currently on
