Bandicam 4.1.3 Build 1400

- Added support for line drawing in drawing mode
- Added support for drawing a straight/horizontal/diagonal line and square with the Shift key
- Added a button to install and run Bandicut

- The default audio codec of AVI has been changed from MP2 to MP3
